Hi, my name is Ingrida Salmane and I am from Latvia. I work in packing at Looye in the night shift. My hobby is to travel. In the future I wish to continue working at my current workplace. If I choose to change something, I will definetely use the service of NL Jobs again. 

What do you think of the Netherlands?

I like the very beautiful nature and welcoming people in the Netherlands. When it comes to work, I like the attitude towards the workers. 

What does your working day look like?

i work in the night shift. Works start at 6pm. We work until we finish the orders, but no longer than 8 hours per shift. There are 2 breaks, each 30 minutes long. Transport to and from work is organized by the company. 

Tell us about your experiences with NL Jobs:

I started working at NL Jobs in January 2020. I really like the office in Riga as they have professional employees. I really like their attitude towards job-seekers. They can solve all issues if necesssary and organizae everything that is necessary for departure to the Netherlands. For example, transport; housing and of course the workplace. My suggestion for improvement at NL Jobs would be to provide bicycles to workers in the weekend, so we could cycle to the store for products. I would recommend NL Jobs because the company has responsible management and follows all regulations when it comes to work. Last but not least, I really like the attitude towards workers.
