"The most important thing is that there are never any problems with the payments. It is always on time, this is important to me"
Introduce yourself:
My name is Michalina Mazur and I come from a small village 2 km from Rzeszów. I work as a production worker in horticulture for Looye. In the future I would like to make a trip to Barcelona. But... I often don't make plans for the future because I've changed it a few times in recent years. If my health allows it then I want to continue working in horticulture for Looye. I'm surrounded by nice people I can go out with on weekends.
What kind of expectations did you have before you came to the Netherlands?
When I came to Holland I didn't have many expectations but I had a lot of fear. This is my first job abroad. Initially I wanted to come here, just like everyone else, to work for 3 months. I don't know what it's like at other companies, but at the moment I wouldn't want to change. I learned a lot here.
What's your working day like?
I'm in charge of quality control at Looye. All the work of the employees is judged by me. I try to signal wrong things, to make our work easier in the future.
Tell us about your experiences with NL Jobs:
NL Jobs is improving every day. The office of NL Jobs is in my hometown where I still see a lot of young people going for an adventure abroad. The company is developing, and not only for Polish people. The various nationalities I have met show that NL Jobs wants to develop every day. Because NL Jobs takes care of so many things, small sporadic mistakes are insurmountable. It is important to look at the total picture. The most important thing is that there are never any problems with the payments. It is always on time, this is important to me. I would recommend NL Jobs if you want to meet nice people and make money in a short period of time. If someone like me can find himself here, anyone can.
