My name is Marek Wieczorek and I'm from Poland. I work in horticulture at Looye Naaldwijk. In the future I want to learn Dutch and I want to be a candidate for the Looye growers facility council (OR).

What kind of expectations did you have before you came to the Netherlands?

Before I came to the Netherlands I had the expectation to earn a higher salary and to be able to develop myself professionally. 

What does your working day look like?

The company has expressed its appreciation in me by offering me a new position. At first, I did various activities such as picking tomatoes, leaf cutting and turning. Now I have a new position as assistant team leader.

I started working for NL Jobs in 2003. NL Jobs has grown rapidly in recent years. I like the fact that there is the possibility to arrange transportation to work for people living in private housing. At the moment I have no points where NL Jobs could improve. I warmly recommend NL Jobs because they take good care of their employees and help them solve possible problems. In addition, payments are always on time.
