My name is Damian Trocki and I'm from Poland. I work in horticulture as a team leader at Looye Burgerveen. I would like to become the best team leader, but I still have a lot to learn. 

What kind of expectations did you have before you came to the Netherlands?

This is my first job in horticulture. I used to work in the metal industry. I was a CNC machine operator. So I had no expectations at all, the only thing I knew was that I like working in the Netherlands. 

What does your working day look like?

At the moment I work as a team leader in horticulture. My tasks are administration and taking care of the employees. After that, this job includes various production activities.
