Koolen champignons is a mushroom grower in Slootdorp, the Netherlands. It's still a family business. Koolen has more than thirty years of experience in growing mushrooms. They work environmentally friendly and without plant protection products. They want their mushrooms to get as fresh as possible to the end user. That's why they and their customers are looking for the best way from cultivation to plate.

You start working at 7:00. Before Christmas and Easter are the busiest times of the year, then you can work extra hours. The schedule is made weekly by the supervisor.
